Calibre Rivelin 2.0 Vs Boardman Road Comp Bike 2016

I'm in the market for my first entry-level road bike since my parents bought me a Raleigh Banana back in the day! I'll be able to use my work's cycle-to-work scheme and at the mo it's between the above two although I'm open to other suggestions. Although the Boardman has disc brakes it appears to skrimp in other areas whereas the Rivelin has a full Tiagra groupset, better wheels and is a tad lighter.

There is also the fact that the Boardman brand is a lot more established than Calibre and has a good reputation for build quality. I believe Calibre has only been around for 4 or so years so still new and not really proven yet?

I dare say I'd be made up with either bike. Thoughts or recommendations welcome :)
