I've been playing SW since 2015, stopped for a while and come back a few months ago. And this week ToA resets, as usual, I finished it in a few days, I only have 8 6*, but toa kids isn't that hard, I finished last month also. But looks like this month I was only able to do that with unauthorized programs. 1 month grinding, and this month my account was unable to finish ToA. When I asked them what I did wrong, the only answer was "You proven to be cheating in your account, the only way you can play this game again is creating another account".
They couldn't even say "Your account is too weak to do that", or something like that. Being able of farming G10 and DB10, pretty decent runes, I even bought rune packs to improve my monsters. This is annoying, the lack of respect and responsibility.
