Is Smackdown going overboard with the foreigner angle?

Think about it, America vs other countries is going on with Jinder vs Orton, Cena vs Rusev, and (to an extent) Styles and Owens.

This wouldn't be as big of a deal if they weren't all on the exact same show. I mean literally the entire basis of these feuds are like this. The only one that is a bit different is Styles and Owens and Owens is still doing his "Face of America" gimmick currently. So, what are your thoughts and opinions?
