How to Keep up with Instrument

Hey guys. We all know that AB, Hansa, and possibly Dream have been swept under by LE. I was wondering how someone could keep in contact with Instrument, the LSD seller from way back in Silk Road. I'm a bit of a noob at this, so some help and pointers would be great.
