Spyholes and metal tipped arrows?

Can we get spyholes on doors? I mean it's a real life thing and would be good to implement in game! It'd be pretty cool to look through and see a naked okay a guitar at my door or maybe a Zerg with 4 rocket launchers! And also metal tipped arrows? I think that'd be a good idea too?
