There needs to be a penalty against team killers and cheaters

I was in a game where some guy became Tommy and started killing everyone. I've gotten into so many games like this recently and it ruins the game, Jason should be the only one allowed to kill us, we shouldn't be able to kill each other, or if we are at least put in a penalty if you do do.

Also people that glitch on top of the cabins and sit there the entire game are terrible. All this shit makes the game unfair and not fun whatsoever.
