Suggestion: Add a 1 minute vote-able timeout during the class selection screen.

My game crashes every 3rd match and it is getting more and more frustrating because i've already lost over 200 elo because of it. Sometimes I only kill the process through task manager and launch it again but 1/5 times it doesn't work so I have to restart my PC, restarting is fast but the game loading is not (not really complaining about the game loading speed, I understand it). Sometimes it happens to crash in the last round so when I come back i've already received an abandon penalty and lost 40+ elo which makes me more and more frustrated and angry even though my team has won the game (I mostly queue with friends so I know the games result).

How does it crash? Happens really randomly. I get these random 1 second game freezes once per 3-5 minutes, iam kinda used to it even though it has caused me death many times. As I said every 3rd match the one second freeze turns into a complete never ending freeze and iam forced to restart.

So my suggestion is to add a 1 minute timeout which the team would vote for (or not vote for, thats up to the game designers) similiar to CSGO's "tactical timeout". This would be enough for me to reconnect back and reduce the frustration.
