Why isn't Mueller demanding the DNC server and access to Podestas emails? I thought he was investigating the "Russia hack"

Seems like the first step in the investigation is to confirm a hack occurred. That means getting the server that was allegedly hacked. He has the subpoena power to do this.

Why is he skipping to step 900 and digging through the presidents finances before he does step 1: Confirm it was fucking hacked!

This proves it is a witch hunt. The server wasn't hacked it was leaked. Fake News doesn't exist. Don't believe me? Go find 5 of the alleged Fake News articles posted during the election that Russia allegedly used against Hillary and for Trump. You won't find any. It isn't real. You will find thousands of articles talking about Fake News and how bad it is but you will never find the actual fake news articles.
