Why not a Preselect Talent option

Thought this was a nifty idea.

I find that selecting talents ruins the flow of battle, and is annoying when i know what build i am going to use anyway. Why not have a pre-select feature so your talent is activated as soon as the level is reached?

Has this kind of thing been implemented in other mobas?
