Anyone else think Matt is a total casting dud?

Just a bog standard, dull beta male. Goes with the group, follows the pack leader and doesn't seem to think very deeply or strategize. The fact he's planning to potentially throw a half million dollar game to his (barking) girlfriend of 3 weeks is frankly insane. No idea why so many of these housemates are fawning over and trying to please this inane couples alliance but especially Matt. A dire casting choice. Adds nothing.
