Advice on some more environmentally friendly menstrual products?

Hi XX! I'm a long time (several years) lurker but I finally made a reddit account, in part to take part in this community.

I need some advice or recommendations on menstrual products that are more environmentally friendly than the commonly used cotton pads/tampons. I prefer pads, and have realized recently that I produce a lot of waste when I'm on my period compared to when I'm not.

If any of you have recommendations for cloth pads or something similar, shoot them my way. In a perfect world, I'd use a menstrual cup, but I have an IUD and I feel iffy about a cup potentially dislodging it.
