Mining deuterium in KSP Interstellar Extended

Has anyone mined for deuterium in KSPIE?

I've successfully mined Helium3 from the regolith of Minimus. I also receive water from the same process. My guess is there must be a way to centrifuge the water, sort of like how the ISRU refinery allows you to centrifuge uranium. Centrifuging water should produce Heavy water. I see there is already an option in the ISRU refinery to perform electrolysis on heavy water, and I know this would produce Deuterium, but I don't have any heavy water to start with.

The problem is I see no option to centrifuge the water. I've searched the code base on github, and I see there's an option for the science lab to centrifuge water. I placed a science module on my mining ship and filled it with crew, but I still don't see an option to centrifuge water. None of my tests with the science module have revealed this option.

I'm using KSP 1.2. I've just recently upgraded to KSPIE 1.14.15.

Is there an option to show reactor window or something like that for the centrifuge? I was confused about how to reprocess actinides with the ISRU, but I had to go to a sub window (which is translucent like the mechjeb windows) to find that option. I haven't done it myself though, so just a guess!

Not as far as I can tell. The option should be highlighted if I have the required ingredients, and I have plenty of water.
