question about grocery stores and meal prep

I had this idea yesterday (how all great stories start) and I was wondering where someone would start if they wanted to open a grocery store that was organized by meal (breakfast lunch dinner) and targeted towards people who meal prep.

There'd be like a companion app in which the shopper could go browse recipes by category and add them to their virtual cart and their groceries to make all of the meals would be there when they got there.

If they wanted to shop in store the "shelves" would be grouped by recipe as well though there would be fewer recipes in store than in the app (this doesn't seem to make much sense but I hope you get the gist).

I guess my question is does this exist already--I know peapods does and there's the whole meal kit market that delivers fresh ingredients but other than that are there any.
