[PS2] [2000's] 3-D Platformer with a rabbit and ferret(?) chained together to escape an animal testing facility.

You primarily controlled the ferret (maybe a weasel or something similar) and you were chained to a funny rabbit. You swung him to attack enemies, spun him around to create a helicopter effect for you, etc.

My brother and I were discussing this game a couple weeks ago but cannot remember the name for the life of us.
