Little Sam is a Targaryen

So, what we know is that Little Sam's daddy is Craster, and his mom is Craster's daughter-wife, Gilly. Gilly's mother is probably one of Craster's former wife, but that's not the most important part.

On the other hand, we don't know much about the parentage of Craster. He is about 65-70 years old, and according to the books his father was a member of the Night's Watch, while her mother was a wildling. His father abandoned his mother after Craster was conceived, and when his mother tried to bring him to Castle Black, she was chased off by members of the Watch. His father's name is never mentioned.

So I guess it's clear now that according to this theory, Craster's father was a Targaryen from the Wall. 2 Targaryens arrived to the wall in 233, after the death of Maekar I Targaryen: his son, Aemon, and his Hand of the King, Brynden Rivers, a bastard of Aegon IV Targaryen. It's highly unlikely that Maester Aemon is the father of Craster, as he barely could leave the wall, and meet a wilding women. However, Brynden didn't become a maester, but a ranger instead. He even became the Lord Commander in 239. How did he "die"? He went north of the wall in 252, and never returned.

It's likely that Craster was born somewhere between 233-239, and later Brynden went north to find his son. Unfortunately, he never find him, and he became the Three Eyed Raven instead(this is a completely another theory, not my idea).

Did I mention who Brynden's lover was before he went to the Wall? That's right, his sister. Targaryens are known for incest, which maybe makes Craster's lifestyle a bit less weird. It's also possible that Gilly's mom was Craster's mother too, but that's really just an unnecessary twist.

Or maybe it's more than that. So let's assume Craster and Gilly are actually siblings. But maybe their mother was not simply a wildling, but a white walker instead. Sounds crazy? Well, there are examples for marriage beetwen white walkers and humans before. So basicly Craster is not sacrifising his sons, just give 'em back to the Other part of the family.

So Little Sam's ancestory has the blood of the dragon, white walkers and the Three Eyed Raven. The real song of ice and fire.

It's a bit ironical that he is connected magic in many ways, and at the moment he is in Oldtown, beetwen a lot of maesters, who, according to another theory, are working on destroying every known magic.
