EXCELLENT customer service/support from Sony

Just wanted to take a second to express how appreciative I am of the service I received in getting my headset fixed. I sent in my headset, to Sony, last Tuesday and had what I believe is a new headset in my hands by last Saturday. That's a ridiculous turn around and should be applauded!

Can't wait to get into Superhot VR and Dino Frontier now that I have it back!
