Starting SL, deloading meant for a complete beginner?

I am already lifting actively and progressing, doing all the main lifts (except barbell row) and some assistance work. I just realised however that SL 5x5 has more volume in terms of the main lifts than what I am doing right now, so it would be beneficial to just jump on to SL and cut out all assistance work. Seems logical that 3x week squats are better than 1x squats and some leg presses :D. I only care about getting stronger

I think I also have the techniques down okay-ish, I am not starting as a beginner, but still putting more focus on technique practise and lowering weights seems like a good idea. A 50% deload however seems wayy too much of an overkill. I don't see how it would be relevant to move around toy weights for months, technique starts to crumble on the heavy weights only. I believe it is for complete beginners, or people who have taken a long break?

I was thinking of a 80% deload, Squat from 95kg back to 75kg. It would give me about a month of focus on technique and getting up to speed on the added volume. I would like to hear from people, if anybody has done it like this? Is it a stupid decision?

Today I was Squatting 95kg/210lbs 5x5 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlQJnCWZrIA&

Technique still requires work, less horizontal barbell movement. Other suggestions?
