I want to sue someone for non-payment of work but I'm lazy

I want to sue someone who I did about < 10k of work for (I was a contractor), but I don't want to spend the time in small claims court, etc.. Is there lawyers, paralegals, or companies out there that will take this work on and get a portion of the winnings? Any suggestions?
