How to deal with agility decks

Right now I am just getting crushed in ranked. 4 agility players in a row, all with lethal. How do I counter this?

I'm playing with a aela's companions and usually hold my own somewhat. But these characters that one shot are a little ridiculous. Any help would be appreciated.
