ERROR 0X80071AC3 when transfering by usb?

i installed enso yesterday and everything works fine but when i tried copying a backup from my pc to vita it said dirty volume ERROR 0X80071AC3. its not a problem with my pc because the problem persisted with my pc. Is there any way i can fix this? Transfers of FTP works but its too slow for big files. I was thinking of doing a format but will it damage eno or something?
