Updating Ryzen BIOS-Can't Overclock anymore.

When I first put together my new PC, I was running on the stock bios my motherboard came with(mobo is MSI B350M Gaming Pro, and it came with the first bios release) I was able to overclock my 1500x to 3.8 GHz with 1.2875 volts. This was fine and stable from my stress test. Last night however, I decided to update my bios since I was checking the bios updates and saw that there were many. The updating was successful, but now I cannot overclock my Ryzen 1500x.

Whenever I try to change the core clock speed from its default, my PC won't boot up. All my fans and LEDs turn on, but I get no display. I can change the voltage though, and nothing bad appears to happen. But if I change core clock, the PC refuses to boot up.

PC Specs:

Ryzen 1500x with Stock Wraith Cooler

8GB DDR4 2400

MSI B350M Gaming Pro motherboard

Corsair CX550 Power supply.

I'm still fairly new to overclocking so I don't know if I've done anything wrong, but it baffles me because on the stock bios i was able to overclock perfectly fine, but on the updated bios, I can't. Any help appreciated, thanks.
