Doomfist bug?

I don't know if this has been discovered/even posted before, so sorry if it has. Yesterday when I used my Seismic Slam, my Doomfist sorta just stood stuck, I was only able to move and unable to attack or use any of my abilities. I'm on console so my controller just stood vibrating as if I was still using Seismic Slam, but the move never happened in the first place. The ability was permanently orange, as if i was in the process of using it. Anyone else experience this?
