Which FG mains are the scariest on average?

I was thinking about my FG experience in general and realized that some characters are generally harder to deal with, not because of the match-up, but because their player base is more skilled on average.

In my experience, such characters include:

• Zelda: She's a low tier, but the players usually usually bait unsafe moves like crazy and land 100% of the sweetspot aerials.

• Greninja: They're always on point tech skill-wise.

What do you guys think?
