Leather Cover Key Fob for Ford 4 Button Keyhead?

I keep seeing these really nice looking leather cover key fobs for Fords 5 button key fobs (the ones with the key that springs out). I cannot for the life of me find one that would go with the 4 button keyhead that came with my 16 Focus SE. Any suggestions?
