Removing all telemetry and non-free components of Chrome OS?

I love Chrome OS. I love the system, and I love the Android apps.

Since I know that Chrome OS is based on Chromium OS, and that basically Chrome OS is Chromium + Some non free components, I was wondering; is it possible to remove all those non-free components? I would be fine with having the non-free drivers that make the computer work. But I was wondering if there is any way to make the rest of the OS completely free. If that is possible, would it be possible to still have Android apps with the F-Droid store, and disable Google services entirely? The more free, the better.

If disabling the non-free features of Chrome OS is not possible, is it possible to remove all the features that make use of my data and telemetry?
