You know what pisses me off and probably all of you? When people find out you have adhd and maybe your mad about it or upset and they say dumb things like "well hey at least you don't have cancer. They say it loud and proud like it's some sort of condolence when really it just makes you want to scream in their face. Like imagine if we treated physical illness this way. It's like me going up to a paraplegic, you know some guy who lost his leg in Vietnam and saying hey at least you didn't lose your arms too. Like sure as a light hearted joke I get that, but when someone looks you dead in the eye and says it in seriousness it just makes you angry. I want to hear everyones thoughts on this.
