Devil May Cry + Diablo Hybrid?

Really any kind of fast paced Diablo style loot customization RPG with snappy combat that preferably can be played with controller and has that kind of free-form combo style combat feel that games like Devil May Cry, Bayonetta, or Ninja Gaiden have.

MMO's, Monster Style Games, 3D or 2D are all great, just not isometric.

Kind of what Borderlands is for the FPS/Diablo Hybrid is my best comparison.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I have PC, PS4, Switch, Vita, and 3DS as playable platforms.

Games of this format that I've played and am looking to expand on:

Phantasy Star Online 2 (JP Servers, and it's customization isn't super easy to navigate due to only some parts being translated)

Black Desert Online (Almost exactly what I want, only it's not really Diablo'y, and I've many an MMO friend who says their developer doesn't care as much as they should. The UI formatting of this game and lazy controller support also dampen a lot of enjoyment)

Hyrule Warriors (I can get behind Warriors style games if their combat was just a teensy bit more nuanced. Hyrule Warriors was the best of the bunch due to the insane amount of things to get and find)
