Sub-Zero goal explosion's sound effect isn't in sync

When you score a goal with the Sub-Zero goal explosion equipped, the sound effect isn't in sync with the actual explosion. Because the game goes into slow-motion for a split second, you hear the ice explode before it actually explodes. In the replay, the sound is perfectly in sync.

Is there a bug reporter anywhere? If not, hopefully someone from Psyonix will see.
