Making my shatter edible

I feel really sick .. I have a bad head cold where my throat hurts and I can't dab .. but I'm also extremely nauseous and want to get high ... I have some shatter .. I was thinking about breaking off a piece putting it in oven or something cuz I'm pretty sure it needs heat to activate .. I have a lot of reclaim in my rig but Idk how I would get it out other then taking the torch to it and melting it but I really don't feel comfortable doing that .. my rig was extremely expensive it's a dave park x Geoff platt recycler and yeah I'm not gonna take the torch to it just to get the claim out .. Any tips or links would help so much!
