Stuck at rank 8, looking for help

Hi guys, I've been dabbling with the game since HoS launched. I got to rank 8 on the about the 3rd of July, and I'm still there...
I'm mostly playing a version of a werewolf deck I got from Furo on this sub, and I just get out-valued in nearly every game. (Deck - https://m.imgur.com/gallery/mkqwxAC ). I'm no idiot, I have thousands of games played in the other game everyone loves to slag off, but I don't know where I'm going here.
So, is aggro just bad, is my deck bad, or am I bad....? Any help or suggestions appreciated
