I need serious help!

So I accidentally downloaded something fishy from the internet "accidentally" anyway I removed some of those shitty programs it made me disable my windows defender I got it enabled back anyway even though I got ublock origin and adlobck i still see ads and shit on google crhome and commandd prompt keeps on popping up,is there any fix to this??
