Help with PCI-x slots

Hi guys. I have 4 pci-x slots.

• 1x8 PCIe 3.0 (x16 connector)
• 1x4 PCIe 3.0 (x8 connector)
• 1x4 PCIe 3.0 (x8 connector)
• 1x1 PCIe 3.0 (x1 connector)

I have 5 devices I'd like to connect.

• Mellanox PCI-e 2.0 8x
• Raid card 8x
• M2 NVME adapter 4x
• NVIDIA low-budget video card 4x

Unfortunately I essentially only have 3 slots, as almost nothing is 1x1 PCIe. Are there options to also use the NVIDIA card? I was also thinking about adding an extra m2 card, but I guess that ship has sailed.

It's a Dell T330, tips would be welcome!
