Considering an RS3

I'm due for an upgrade from my current VW GTI mkvi.

I'm considering either the new RS3 or an M2.

Has anyone here driven the 2018 RS3? What are your initial thoughts for it as a daily?

Thanks to everyone for the helpful responses! I've got a test drive scheduled but I know which way I'm leaning now ;)
