What are the best character builds for playing the game for specific scenarios

I'm trying to figure out what characters work best depending how you want to play. A good example is when I play with Claudette I like to use perks the will help find and heal other teammates. I've been upgrading Dwight to use when I survive with friends because he really benefits from team play. It got me thinking what other characters can be used in those ways (quick repairing, sneaking, boldness, etc)
