[US sale] 2017 Golf Alltrack. This looks too good to be true.

So I'm looking at the Golf Alltrack and see some advertised on cars.com a couple hundred miles away for well below my local dealers. Example:

MSRP $31,670 listing price $23,577.

I may contact the dealer and see what they say but I'm wondering if it's bogus.
