Transfer credits from Parkland, help?

Hey guys, I'm currently taking 2 geneds at Parkland and somehow I missed one final of my econ class. I doubt the professor would offer a replacement because it was purely out of my stupidity. Anyway I was thinking if I'm not transferring this ECON class, can I transfer the other music class's credits only? If not, guess I'm not writing 9 pages of paper. I already emailed the professor and the office but they haven't replied yet so I'm trying on reddit.
