As a first time uncle to a 6+ month old girl, what can I do when I am with her that can help me bond with her better and also potentially help with her development?

I would love to make more of the time spent with my neice, and am hoping to find activities that you may have had success with in building a better bond with your neice but also can contribute to her development?
