amazon.de cancels my order after 3 days of phone calls because of suspending my account

on the 27th, i ordered the oculus rift bundle for 450 euro, after making a new account since my first account would get auto cancelled after ordering a minute after.

the new account thankfully worked and it was due to ship on the 31th. unfortunately, they suspended my account the 29th, where i recevied an email stating that i had to fax some info to them to verify.

i do it the same day i recieved the email, where i get promised that it would be resolved within 24 hours. spoiler alert: it didnt

i call again next day, they promise again after calling ther securty team 24 hours, next day i call again, this time, i get 10 minutes.

feeling hopeful, i finally recieve an email... where they ask me to fax them my passport. and if that isnt enough, my order is cancelled and they have nothing left to sell me.

now, the earlier rep told me if the offer went away, that they would pricematch me it. i saw a new oculus bundle which was in stock for 550 euro, called, and they told me that they couldnt do such a thing

is there anything i can do? or am i just fucked?
