[request] Please help me remember this old Prabhu Deva song in a train yard

There's a song from some old Bollywood movie where Prabhu Deva seems to be playing a badass. He's dressed kind of like Michael Jackson from the Bad video, black leather and chains and stuff, and he's dancing around trying to impress this girl who's just having none of it until the very end of the song when she seems to warm to him. It's mostly at night and part of it seems to take place in a train yard.

I loved the dance routine and the music, but I just realized the video I'd saved on YouTube has been deleted and I can't remember the name of the song or movie...
