174 / 3.33. No academic LoR. How screwed am I?

As the title suggests, I've asked a professor who agreed to write me an LoR, but has since stopped answering emails. I'd like to know my options in case he falls through.

Addt'l info: worked full time through undergrad (ivy). Wrote a (I hope) somewhat compelling diversity statement about it. Softs are meh (is there any other kind?). Looking for t6-10. Have two glowing LoRs from employers. Out of school a few years.
