Change in Music in Powerpuff Girls Z (Powerpuff Girls anime) Between Japanese and English Transformation Sequences

English https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ur7WOayoRk

I've heard changes like this are common, it seems dumb because the original music is better. Powerpuff Girls Z was the only anime I paid attention like this because I waited forever for the US release of the series that never happen. Again dumb because the whole series is dubbed in English.
