Groove Music doesn't add artist art for well known artists

This issue has bugged me for a long time. The Groove Music application on Windows 10 doesn't have artist pictures for quite a few artists in my collection. These include Queen, Dean Martin, Dire Straits, Sam Cooke, Simon & Garfunkel and more.

How is Groove not able to find art for these artists? What database does Groove pull the pictures from, and is there a way for me to add pictures myself?

Edit: It also messes up when there are multiple artists with the same name. I have the 60s band Cream in my collection, but the artist art is from some hip hop douche called Cream. Yet, the bio IS from the 60s Cream.

Also, I forgot to mention that it's all locally stored.
