Anyone else want Tauros to be plentiful again?

Recently, a few friends who had gone to San Diego, California shared that they are not able to find a tauros the whole week they are there?

I am wondering if Tauros will ever be plentiful for the sake of tourists?

Edit: Wow! Never thought that this will get so many upvotes. I agree it doesn't have to be pidgey plentiful but at least not once in two weeks...After all, we traveled 20 hours across the Pacific and it is not every day that we do so as tourists... I am sure that when Americans travel to East Asia, you would hope to get a Farfetch'd as well. I hope Niantic sees this!
