PKA 345 - Sexual Harassment Discussion

Starting at 1:04:39 they start talking about a woman that sexually harasses a guy in the work place and short of the story is she loses. They go on to talk about how the woman was deserving yada-yada but they just kind of glaze of the fact the guy that wrote the post and got her fired was Gay. I feel this is the reason his manager and HR laughed at him and possibly did not take him serious. Anyway, my question is does anyone believe this case would have gone as far as it did if the guy pushing the case was not gay? I've personally never seen a guy succeed at pursuing a sexual harassment case against a women if the complaining guy is straight. Thats just my experience though.
