I was thinking of buying HOI4 but unsure which DLCs are important.

Like many a game I have played with DLCs I am sure that not all the DLCs will add the functionalities that are quite necessary, and some of them are rather expensive. Are there any of the DLCs I should not be buying? Some that just aren't worth it?
