Bite-y Pup

Against all better advice, I got a shiba puppy a few weeks ago. Though I see why many dog groups warn against them, I love my dog and am so happy I got him! He's about 14 weeks old right now, and I've been having some problems with aggression. He'll nip at me to get me to play with him, and if I get up to ignore him, he'll follow me around and bite at me. Any tips to calm this down? If I swat at his nose, he goes crazy and starts playing even harder. Sometimes he'll get amped up by just the word "no" and start running around the house.

Another thing that's been happening recently is that if I deviate from the normal schedule, he'll pee on my things when I let him out to play. I'm not sure how to stop this behavior, since it seems to be less about having to pee and more about trying to get me to do something.

Any advice??
