I waited too long for student housing

I'll be starting uni in September, and as a foreign student who waited too long (i just got accepted 2 weeks ago though), I'm a bit lost as to where to look for housing. All the RESA residences near my university are filled up and there are some others with places still available but some are too expensive.

I'm doing my whole bachelor degree in Barcelona, so I would prefer to be in a residence the first year to meet people and not deal with the hassles of renting an apartment room. Also, I would prefer it to be local students and not erasmus kids, since erasmus students are only around for a semester or two anyways. Oh, and as for area, the Gracia neighborhood would be nice.
