Baby shower went so well. Minimal bec. What did these people do with my inlaws?

I was so stressed about this stupid baby shower and it went really really well! Half the people invited didn't show and it was still small (Thank the gods) Evil Sil never replied to my texts and never showed (Thank the gods)

So what did happen that made me feel super weird.

Gmil used her card to get Jesusy. Regular stuff ya know.

Gmil informed me baby's name means "blessed " and i almost choked. She was in my house about two feet away from a book shelf containing the satanic bible and many similar works. She also let me know my name means "christian" very swell gmil your hints are sweet.

Gmil made a pretty big show about dhs motorcycles. I know she doesn't like bikes for an honestly good reason... But she knew he has multiple and could of said something any other time... And could of said something about dh taking nieceinlaw on one if it was that deep. (Honestly I love bikes but I was ready to rip him to shreds when he came home after taking her on the bike.)

Gmil might of almost had a heart attack when my sister said she found the baby's name for me in an Anne rice book. 🤗🤗🤗

Gmil had a moment that my critters are currently living in the baby's room and THEY NEED MOVED NOW. I fully intend to relocate them... but I don't think the world would end if I didn't ... I mean baby will still be in the same house as them...and no matter what room they are in they are locked up.... (A juvenile ball python will not eat a baby. An adult ball python will not eat a baby. It will also not eat you gmil. Promise. But I do worry about germs and that is the sole reason baby gets his own critter free room until he's old enough to want his own critters)

My amazing sil sat and talked gmils ear off about stuff so no big stuff even got a chance.

And so what was hooker boots doing during this all? Being so fucking good! She did keep disappearing in my house and going out side where dh was working on his bikes... but she's not really a girly baby shower type so its a okay. :) seriously hooker boots was a jewl. Then she even rushed them when it was time to go I really think her and I have an understanding going on right now. She gets to see lo if she stays cool.

Thank you lots to everyone for the support leading up to the shower and support in general to help keep things under control when in-laws get crazy.

So here is some llama feed on evil sil for yall while I'm here because she was the mastermind behind the drama leading to the shower....

So my amazing sil found evil sil has folic acid in her room by walking past. Now I'm not entirely sure of what other things folic acid is good for... But since I got pregnant evil sil hinted on her (now hidden) Facebook that she might try to get pregnant.
Still living at home, still doped up, still insane working minimum wage sil. I laughed when I saw it at first thinking it was just an attention thing... because dh and i had just shared the big news...But I'm not laughing anymore.

I would never hope for that obviously because she is a text book definition of a narcissist. I truly believe she is evil and I truly believe anyone left in her care would be doomed and it would be sad...

But drama is drama and hearing this made me hate her guts so much more. Here's to hoping she is taking folic acid for another reason.
