Portal Dodger Problem

Tried for the Portal Dodger achievement in MSP the other night. We thought that we made it, but it didn't pop when we left the dungeon. However, once we got out, I have a pop up on the bottom right corner of my screen(on top of the mini map) that looks like the achievement. The problem is that it's stuck there. Just when I'm inside Neverwinter, but it's on the loading screen, the character screen, the entire time. Anyone else ran across this? Or know how to clear it?
