Should there be something higher than VIP status?

I'm not sure how to word it but I'm curious if people would be interested in an "ultimate membership" for this game. Similar to what many mobas do, a one time purchase gets you all characters that are/will be in the game. Boosts and other transactions unaffected. How much do you think something like this "should" cost?
